Tadhkir is an Islamic companion app that provides:

• Accurate prayer times based on your location
• Qibla direction finder
• Prayer tracking and streak features
• Hijri calendar and Islamic events
• Collection of duas and hadiths
• Digital tasbih counter
• Home screen widgets
• Progress analytics

The app is provided "as is" and we make no guarantees about the accuracy of prayer times. Users should verify prayer times with local mosques or Islamic authorities.

User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account
• Promptly update any information that changes
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Premium Subscription

Tadhkir offers optional premium features:

• Payment is processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled 24 hours before renewal
• You can manage subscriptions through your device's app store settings
• Refunds are handled according to the respective app store policies

All core Islamic features remain free. Premium is only for extra customization.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the app for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the app's functionality
• Copy, modify, or distribute the app's content without permission

Intellectual Property

The app and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Tadhkir and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Religious Disclaimer

The Islamic content in Tadhkir is provided for informational and spiritual guidance purposes:

• Prayer times are calculated using established astronomical methods but should be verified locally
• Duas and hadiths are sourced from authentic collections but users should consult scholars for religious rulings
• The app does not provide religious fatwas or rulings
• Features like prayer tracking are tools to assist worship, not requirements

We strive for accuracy in all Islamic content but encourage users to seek knowledge from qualified scholars.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Tadhkir, its developers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the app.
